🃏 Gin Rummy (ジンラミー)の準備とルール

標準的な52枚のデッキを使います。エースは最弱。10枚ずつ配ります。
1枚を表向きにし（捨て札の山の始まり）、残りは山札にします。
ディーラーでない側は表向きのカードを取るか断るかを選べます。両者が断ったら、ディーラーでない側が山札から引きます。

自分の番に山札または捨て札の一番上から引き、次に1枚捨てます。
メルドはセット（同じランク3〜4枚）またはラン（同じスートの連続3枚以上）です。
無駄なカードの合計が10以下なら、裏向きに捨ててノックします。
ノック後、手札を公開します。相手は自分のカードをあなたのメルドに付け加えられます。
ジン：デッドウッド0でノック——相手は付け加えができません。

Setting up the game

Gin Rummy is heads-up: you against one opponent, racing to 100 points across multiple hands.
Each player gets 10 cards. One card is flipped face-up to start the discard pile; the rest sit face-down as the stock with a live counter ("Draw: 31").
On the first turn the non-dealer may take the face-up card or decline; if both decline, the non-dealer draws from stock and play begins.

Arranging your hand

Use the sort bar at the bottom to instantly arrange your hand: by suit (C D H S) or by rank (A→2), then confirm with the check mark.
Group toward melds: a SET is 3–4 cards of the same rank; a RUN is 3+ consecutive cards of the same suit (Aces are low).
Everything not in a meld is "deadwood," counted at face value (face cards 10, Ace 1). Your whole game is about shrinking that number.

Draw, then discard

Each turn has exactly two actions: draw one card (from the stock or the top of the discard pile), then discard one card face-up.
Taking from the discard pile telegraphs what you're collecting — sometimes drawing blind from stock is worth the privacy.
Watch what your opponent picks up and never feed the cards they want.

Knocking, Gin, and scoring

When your deadwood totals 10 or less you may "knock": discard face-down and reveal your melds.
Your opponent then lays off any of their cards that fit YOUR melds, shrinking their own deadwood, and the difference in deadwood goes to the knocker.
If the opponent's final deadwood is equal or lower, they "undercut" you: they score the difference plus a 25-point bonus.
GIN — knocking with zero deadwood — earns a 25-point bonus and blocks all layoffs.
Hands repeat until someone reaches 100 points; bonuses for each hand won are added at the end.
